Jeff Hamilton, the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Mohegan Sun, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration. Furthermore, the dealership will boast an array of new charging stations, a welcome development for electric vehicle drivers in the vicinity.
The Tesla display area at the Golden Nugget Las Vegas welcomes visitors from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Sunday to Thursday, with later hours until 10:00 pm on Friday and Saturday. Prospective buyers can stop by to explore the Tesla range and arrange test drives of models such as the 3, Y, S, or X.
To elevate the electric vehicle ownership experience, the Golden Nugget and Tesla are collaborating to set up 60 new Tesla Universal Wall Connectors within the casino’s parking structure by Spring 2024, with the possibility of expanding charging infrastructure based on usage. This endeavor seeks to establish the Golden Nugget as a premier EV charging destination in Nevada.
This news follows a successful quarter for the Golden Nugget, which experienced expansion across all its business divisions, including online gaming. The company also persists in broadening its offerings with ventures like “Golden Nugget Illumination.”
The Tesla showroom, formally revealed in July 2023, is one of several calculated actions taken by the Golden Nugget, including the recent hiring of David Fausel as the new marketing lead for Golden Nugget Resorts.
