Codere Online has designated Michal Elimelech to its governing body. A veteran gaming administrator with more than 15 years in the field, Elimelech has occupied prominent positions, including numerous VP roles.
During its Yearly Assembly, convened at its headquarters, the gaming enterprise revealed that Michal Elimelech had been selected as a fresh addition to its Board. Elimelech will succeed Oscar Iglesias as one of the four executives chosen by Codere Newco S.A.
“The endorsement of all Yearly Assembly resolutions by stakeholders is evidence of their faith in Codere Online’s strategic course and future potential,” stated Patrick Ramsey, Board Chairman. “On behalf of the Board, I wish to express gratitude to our stakeholders for their ongoing backing and involvement, and for their input to the company’s expansion path.”
Elimelech contributes a wealth of expertise to the board, having dedicated over 15 years at 888 Holdings in a range of high-ranking VP capacities, such as Head of US Promotion, Head of Bingo, and Managing Director of regulated EMEA territories where she held complete profit and loss accountability across Europe, encompassing Germany, the UK, and the Nordic region.
Her most recent roles were as Chief Promotion Executive at Space Ape Games and Chief Operations Executive at Passiflora.

Shes an ideal candidate for Codere Online’s growth strategy in Spain and Latin America, contributing extensive expertise in online promotion and commercial expansion.
The gathering also witnessed some committee reorganizations. The Compliance Committee received an elevated status, transitioning from an advisory role to a formal Board Committee. The Audit Committee welcomes a new leader, with Borja Fernández succeeding Dr. Martin M. Werner, who will remain as a committee participant.
