Landmass 8 Solutions, a top supplier of information center infrastructure, has secured a half-decade contract renewal with the Gibraltar Administration. This pact solidifies Landmass 8’s role as the preferred provider for data center and hosting solutions in Gibraltar, a connection established in 2011.
The collaboration will now continue through 2027, with Landmass 8 continuing to provide its services from its highly protected data center situated deep within the Rock of Gibraltar. This installation, initially a Ministry of Defense location, offers an unmatched level of protection and robustness.
David Black, EMEA Managing Director at Landmass 8 Solutions, conveyed his excitement about the renewed collaboration, underscoring the company’s dedication to supplying Gibraltar with advanced infrastructure solutions. He stressed the data center’s distinctive security attributes and the extensive array of services provided, including colocation, public and private cloud solutions, making Landmass 8 the optimal partner for both domestic and global enterprises.
Black also highlighted Landmass 8’s worldwide footprint, with over 85 interconnected locations globally, while maintaining a strong emphasis on delivering customized solutions that cater to the specific requirements of each market. This customer-focused strategy has been crucial in the company’s ambitious international growth plans.
This news follows the recent designation of Kristian Valenta as Landmass 8’s new Chief Financial Officer, further bolstering the company’s leadership team as it embarks on this new phase in Gibraltar.
Hes the organization’s financial chief now! Notably, CEO Tobin alluded to this strategic shift in June during a conversation with GI Huddle, and this week, Chief Product Officer Justin Cosnett also participated in the Huddle.
