Aspire Global has been fully authorized to operate in the Netherlands, permitting it to introduce its player account management platform solutions, sports wagering, and casino games nationwide.
This authorization will allow Aspire to introduce its services through its existing collaborations with operators in the nation.
Last year, Aspire’s Pariplay platform signed a deal with Holland Casino, one of the ten operators licensed by the Dutch regulator, de Kansspelautoriteit. Under the agreement, Pariplay will provide its proprietary games to Holland Casino.
In January, Aspire reached an agreement that will enable Ireland’s largest independent bookmaker, BoyleSports, to go live in the Netherlands.
The agreement will become effective after Aspire’s entry into the Netherlands, signifying that Aspire will provide BoyleSports with its complete turnkey solution through Aspire’s sports betting brand, Btobet.

In January, NeoGames made a substantial offer to acquire Aspire for 4.3 billion Swedish Kronor.
The formal offer document, which will encompass all the specifics of the agreement, is anticipated to be released in April. Participants will have until May 3rd to endorse the proposal. If accepted, the transaction should be finalized in the first six months of 2022.
